Lightweight carbon fiber hydraulic cylinder high strength structural components, in the past applications, high strength steel has been used in typical industrial applications, and where weight reduction is critical, the use of carbon fiber composite design, high strength components open up new possibilities. Conventional composite designs use composites as reinforcements to reduce the weight of steel components. Composite design and use of high-end technology of pure composite cylinder barrels to further reduce weight. With extensive experience in the development of composite materials, lightweight carbon fiber hydraulic cylinders for a variety of different applications have been developed. Carbon fiber hydraulic cylinders significantly reduce weight and are high strength designed. After thousands of cycle tests, the standard range is set between 350 bar and 700 bar for working pressures.
