Huamei Building, located in Yangxian Community, Wuli Street Town, Yongchun County, is a red brick old house combining Chinese and Western. The main building has two floors, with wing rooms on the left and right. Construction of the house started in 1953 and completed in 1957, with a single floor area of 570 More than square meters, with a total construction area of about 760 square meters.
In recent years, with the continuous expansion of Yongchun County, Yongchun County has planned and constructed the Taoyuan North Road", which has opened up the county seat, Wulijie Town and other areas. The road is about 40 meters wide and has 6 lanes in both directions. However, this road happens to be sandwiched between Huamei Building and Xunlai Village. On the morning of August 28, 2018, the translation work of Huamei Building was officially launched. First, the house was moved by 15.54 meters. In order to make the translated Huamei Building and the new Taoyuan North Road parallel and in the same direction, it was decided to turn the whole house clockwise by 35°. The building was simultaneously raised by 2.5 meters.
In this project, 8 sets of our KET-DBTB-4B intelligent synchronous lifting hydraulic system are used, and 82 sets of 100T double-acting mechanical self-locking hydraulic jacks with a stroke of 200mm are used to realize the synchronization accuracy between various points on site within 0.1mm.
