After ordering four sets of fully automated three-dimensional hydraulic equipment in March, 2016, Tanjong Kling Shipyard, a subsidiary of Singapore SembCorp Marine, ordered another 8 sets in middle March, 2019. This is the trust and support of Sembcorp Marine for KIET, and it is the best verification of the quality of KIET. After 45 days of intensive production, they were delivered to Tanjong Kling Shipyard on time in early May.
They are designed for the segmentation closure of the marine industry to achieve X/Y/Z three-dimensional spatial position adjustment. Synchronization accuracy of each dimension can reach 0.2mm. Capacity of single point machine is 200T. Design bearing safety factor is up to 1.2 times. Working lifting stroke is 200mm.
