Construction Plan
PLC synchronous push hydraulic system, box beam deviation correction multi-dimensional jack
- Main technical features of simultaneous lifting construction:
1. The sliding width composed of high-strength PTFE and mirror stainless steel is used, and its friction coefficient is small;
2. Using the frame structure of the whole machine, it can realize the linearity and independence of pushing the equipment in the direction of the bridge and the bridge, and the system precision is higher;
3. The Z-direction vertical jack has its own self-locking device and anti-eccentric load saddle, which greatly meets the requirements of the site's inclination and long-term load;
4. The integrated structure design reduces the installation requirements on the construction site, the equipment is small in size, light in weight, and reduces the workload of on-site pipeline connection and reduces the risk of system use.
Use Equipment
The project adopts PLC synchronous lifting hydraulic system and box girder deviation correction multi-dimensional jack. The system is based on computer synchronous closed-loop control, and the positional accuracy between each point is as high as ±0.2mm, which greatly meets the construction needs of the site. The box girder deviation correction multi-dimensional jack used has the ability to walk horizontally, which meets the requirements for angle adjustment in this project.
Project Procedures
On-site arrangement by Canete engineers before construction
Construction site scheduling
PLC control master control box
The PLC synchronous pushing hydraulic system and the box girder rectifying multi-dimensional jack are used to rectify and lift the C-shaped bridge. The construction process of this construction method is simple, effective, convenient and fast. Compared with the traditional method, the degree of automation is greatly improved, and the It is safe and reliable, greatly improves the construction efficiency, and is a construction technology worthy of promotion and application.
