On the evening of June 26, 2016, Beijing Municipal Engineering completed the replacement of the damaged rubber bearings in the elevated road section of the inner ring road by adopting the PLC hydraulic synchronous lifting system of Caiente Company and 24 hydraulic jacks of 100T and 18mm working stroke.
The construction site is in the green belt under the viaduct opposite the Beijing No. 1 Middle School. The viaduct has organized twelve construction workers to overcome the difficulty of synchronizing the lifting of the beam with hydraulic jacks without blocking the traffic or affecting the traffic. The replacement of 12 bridge supports was completed within an hour, the bridge diseases were eliminated in time, and the safety of the maintenance facilities and the smoothness of the road were ensured!
