General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to and has high hopes for front-line workers. The Chinese dream depends on the majority of workers. As the party and government, including trade unions, what we need to do is to give more care and love to front-line workers. The “reform of the construction of the industrial workforce”, which is now being vigorously promoted, is a comprehensive reform policy measure aimed at helping and favoring front-line industrial workers in terms of political, economic, social status, and quality improvement. The implementation of the work is difficult, and there is a long way to go, but all sectors of society, especially trade union organizations, are trying their best to push forward.
