This system is composed of 4 pump stations, 4 three-dimensional block lifters, 4 sets of frequency conversion speed control devices, 16 sets of control valve groups, 4 sets of balance valves, 8 70MPa pressure sensors, electronic control systems and 12 sets of displacement sensors, etc. .
This system uses hydraulic drive, pressure and displacement closed-loop automatic control to achieve multi-point control. It can carry out heavy load weighing, synchronous pushing, synchronous lifting, synchronous landing, equal proportional synchronous lifting, 3D attitude leveling, and automatic pressure stabilization and other functions.
The system uses a frequency converter to control the oil pump motor, and depends on adjusting the frequency of the power supply to change the motor speed to achieve the purpose of continuously adjusting the flow of the oil pump. With an appropriate electronic control and detection system, the lifting speed of the jack can be accurately controlled to realize the synchronous control of the jack.
In this system, the hydraulic pump station uses a variable frequency speed-regulating motor to control the oil pump. It depends on adjusting the frequency of the power supply to change the motor speed to achieve the purpose of continuously adjusting the flow of the oil pump. It is equipped with an appropriate electronic control and detection feedback system to form a pressure and displacement closed-loop control accurately controls the synchronization of each cylinder during lifting and balance of load during weighing.
